The whole staff at Elevate is excellent. Teresa is amazing when it comes to explaining anything, schedules, making everyone feel extremely comfortable. I found Elevate on FB! I must have been talking about my back, neck and overall stiffness so FB snapped into gear and I started seeing chiropractor ads in my feed (shocking, right?). For some reason I clicked on Dr. Thomas Tuzzolino’s video and took a look at their offerings! I recently moved to AZ and left my chiropractor in WA, I have been very scared and I’ve procrastinated looking for a new practitioner as I do not enjoy chiropractic work although it’s much needed and helpful for our overall health! Long story short I made my first appt after getting to know TJ in the office over the phone, what a pleasure to speak to her and she really made Ike feel comfortable to come in as she shared their practices philosophies! I went in for my screening and my findings appointment today and let’s just say- I’m now a customer!!!!!!! Your staff is great, place is clean and professionally minimal. Nicely laid out and welcoming. Dr. Tuzzolino is specific regarding directions about your care and how he works. He tells you enough yet doesn’t overload you with too much info at that time. I understood more education would come as I was feeling better and able then to be understand more. I liked the fact that the Dr was not loud or pushy. Dr. T was quietly instructive and gave me time to absorb the info. I arrived in severe pain. I was evaluated and treated the same day… severe pain relieved. He was able to release joints that haven’t moved in years. The following visit we agreed to a long-term game plan to improve my overall health long term. I have seen other chiropractors for over 20 years (I am 63} but have never felt more confident that he could make these improvements. It has been three weeks and about 10 visits now and I am already feeling better thanI have in several years. I signed up for a five-month plan and I am optimistic that I will get more mobility and health back in return. I was feeling like my whole body had been falling apart. Carlos has ADHD and ADS with strong anxiety and unable to calm down by himself. He was struggling in school and not sleeping well, not eating enough, etc. He has improved tremendously. He sleeps better than ever. He is gaining more weight and more importantly he is less anxious, less stressed and he is able to calm down at school in a couple of minutes. His behavior at school has improved dramatically and his teachers are very impressed with his change. Dr. T has been incredibly helpful for maintaining optimal health during the most precious time in my life, pregnancy through the birth of my first child. As someone who previously experienced hip pain, I was concerned about experiencing pain with the bodily changes that come with pregnancy. With seeing Dr. T, it mitigated all of those concerns! I had a pain free pregnancy and a regulated nervous system helping me to survive during the dreaded cold/flu season. I also utilized the massage services (the masseuse is trained in prenatal massage) which helped my muscles feel rejuvenated and served as a wonderful de-stressor. Now, with the birth of my child, I feel so comforted in Dr.T’s hands adjusting my newborn so he too can be in optimal health. My child has slight torticollis and I’m already amazed at the difference Dr. T has made with creating more mobility in the range of motion. During the first adjustment, I could see the immediate relief my child experienced. “I started bringing my almost 2 year old in because he was getting ear infections. He was getting an ear infection every month during the winter and I started getting concerned about the amount of antibiotics he was on. My daughter, Angelica had quite severe migraines and for very long periods of time. The migraines are not severe pain anymore and don’t last for as many days as before. After moving to AZ this past summer I struggled to find the right chiropractor for myself and my 3yr old daughter. I see a chiropractor weekly for past injuries and my daughter for wellness. I came to Dr. T with chronic neck pain that I’ve had since a gymnastic accident in my early teens. I live an extremely active and impactive lifestyle that further pronounced my pain. The reason I went to see Dr. Tuzzolino was because I had significant pain shooting down my left calf due to bulging discs in my lower back for several years. I had been through medical route and did physical therapy which did not help much. When I met Dr. T he immediately made me feel at ease, both personally and with his level of knowledge. This feeling continued after the initial consultation and examination. Dr. T has not only provided me with significant relief of my symptoms in only a few visits, but he has spent all the time I needed to answer all of my questions.
